We have replaced our Sauvignon Blanc with Shiraz due to global warming and the now difficult hot dry conditions that exist on the floor of the Yarra Valley.
For the first time we will source non estate fruit for our Sauvignon Blanc customers and will have Shiraz online within 5 years.
Shortly we will have access to Class B water which will allow us to replace any shortfall in winter rain.
Soil testing, a biannual event is now complete for the 2008 year.
