2006 Chardonnay
The 2006 Chardonnay is the result of low yields and fastidious hands on vine management. Once again a wild ferment and one year in French Oak has played an important part of our process. The fruit was hand picked and whole bunch pressed.
Unfiltered and unfined, with exceptional fruit is the foundation of this complex European styled wine, which is rich yet powerful. Mac Forbes Winemaker.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2005 Cabernet is cropped at 2 to 2.5 Tons to the Acre (5 Tons per Hectare) with minimal irrigation. The fruit is hand picked and thinned twice. Our goal is the best estate grown fruit available. The warm dry 2005 Vintage resulted in just this. Perfectly ripe fruit, with refined yet powerful flavours.
This wine has been in French Oak for two years and made with the deft hand of Phil Kerney – unfiltered and unfined, to enhance what nature has given us.

2004 Sauvignon Blanc
The 2004 Sauvignon Blanc is based on the Yarra Park Vineyard’s philosophy. This wine was hand picked, whole bunch pressed, without additives (15% in Old French Oak) and 100% wild ferment.
The result is an outstanding wine of harmony and balance. Winemaker Phil Kerney.
